Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees comprises:
- Up to 12 individual persons elected as Trustees by the organisational members
- Up to 3 individual persons co-opted
- The Treasurer
- The immediate past-chairman
Every year one third of the Trustees elected by the organisational members shall retire from office. Although these Trustees may stand for reelection, it should be noted that no Trustee can serve more than three consecutive terms of office without at least one year out of office before being eligible again.
