Here you will find the official Memorandum and Articles of Association for G-I-N, as well as our published annual reports going back to 2003. The "Articles" contain the formal documentation that dictates how the network is governed.

The Guidelines International Network (G-I-N) is a company limited by guarantee that does not have a share capital. It is established under The Companies Act 1985 (UK legislation).

As such, governance arrangements are addressed in its Memorandum and Articles of Association incorporated on 10th February 2003 and amended on 5th December 2005, on 3rd November 2009, 25th August 2010, 18th August 2013 and 20th August 2014.

Annual Reports

The Annual reports provide an overview of the Network’s aims, objectives and activities as well as an overview of each year’s accounts.

  • Articles of Association August 2014

    Updated Memorandum and Articles of Association now available for all members. The key changes for this update are: 1. Organisational Trustee term fixed to 3 years. 2. Early payment discount to be applied the following year. 3. Requirement to physically sign and scan application form removed. 4. Board may meet directly after election results are known in order to elect a new chair and vice chair. 5. Term “Chairman” etc update to “Chair” throughout the articles. Memorandum and Articles of Association incorporated on 10th February 2003 and amended on 5th December 2005, on 3rd November 2009, 25th August 2010, 18th August 2013 and 20th August 2014.
