4th G-I-N Conference 2007

The Conference was hosted by The Guidelines Advisory Committee of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, the Ontario Medical Association and the University of Toronto, and was generously supported by many Canadian and US agencies.

Collaboration in Clinical Practice Guidelines

Date: 22 to 25 August 2007

Location: Toronto, Canada

The staff of the Office of Continuing Education and Professional Development of the University of Toronto organised with great professionalism and enthusiasm this event.

Over 415 delegates from 32 countries attended the conference. A list of expert plenary speakers gave excellent presentations on the theme "Collaboration in Clinical Practice Guidelines" and 58 parallel sessions (115 brief presentations, 15 lectures, 18 workshops and 13 network and discussion sessions) provided knowledge transfer, training possibilities and intensive exchange of experience.

Participants concluded that it was truly a worthwhile, refreshing and challenging exchange of experience.
